Keynote Topic: FUN AND QUICK WAYS TO ENJOY LIFE More current neuroscience research shows us that our
brains work better when our bodies are healthier. Dr. Fuentes will share interesting stories and provide exciting
information about how sleep, nutrition, and fun outdoor exercise can improve brain function across the life-span.
Families will find this to be a fun and engaging topic which may lead to positive life-style changes that support
overall health, including neurological functioning.
Dr. José Fuentes is a bilingual Clinical Neuropsychologist whose practice focuses on the assessment and
treatment of neurodevelopmental and neurobehavioral disorders across the life-span. He is a respected
consultant and public speaker.
